I've been smoking these cigars for a long time, 30+ years. The smoke has always been good, but not great, but also not expensive. The flavor seems to have improved over the years however the Maduro wrap tries to unwrap a little. Packaging is fine.

The draw was horrible on the last box I received. Also the outside wrapper often was loose or defective. I would honestly say 20 % of the sticks were defective.

This is the best tasting lower priced everyday cigar I found in over 25 years of trying many, many different cigars. Taste wise it ranks right up there with the expensive cigars - and is even better than most of the expensive cigars. If I were stuck on a desert island, this would be the cigar I would want to have access to. It is a Dominican cigar; so milder than some of the super strong cigars - yet it still has a full bodied taste.

I don't know why I waited so long to re-order these super fine smokes. Should have ordered long ago since they are so good. I am 81 and really enjoy sipping on a good beer and sit back with one (or 2) of these in the early evening.

This was my everyday cigar since 1989. The last 4 boxes(yes I gave Thompson time to correct)were horrible.One box, I threw out 20 cigars because of cracked sides which made it impossible to draw.Every box since has been what I can only describe as box pressed.I'm done!!!!!!!!
