Outstanding flavor and aroma

I have had great bourbon cigars in the past and these did not compare well. They were very hard when delivered and after sitting in the humidor. Difficult to keep lit and subpar draw.

The original 5 pack I ordered came with two broken glass tubes. Thompson replaced these free of charge which was good customer service. The cigars themselves were a HUGE disappointment. The cigars were very dry (odd considering they were sealed in the glass tubes) and had no bourbon flavor at all. I've smoked Maker's Mark cigars before and really enjoyed them and that's why I ordered these. These were nothing at all like those prior smokes.

The 650 cigar is a great cigar! It is well-made, tastes good, and draws well! Too bad they aren’t a little bigger. I highly recommend. Scott B

This was my first cigar ever! Got it in downtown Las Vegas on New Years Eve '21 for 3 times what I paid for it here. I thought it was worth every penny then and its even better at this price! If you're open minded, but aren't quite sure about infused cigars, this is the one to try. If you LOVE the taste of bourbon but still have some driving left to do, smoking this stick is the most responsible thing you can do.

Never received cigars, ordered them 12/7. It is now 12/28 and even though I've called customer service AND written them an email this matter STILL hasn't been addressed. Very dissatisfied.

Tasted great, good smoke odor. So no one in the bar was giving the “death stare”

I was gifted one of these at my wedding. Loved them. Had to have some more. Then half of the order came in busted glass, unable to be safely opened, so I just had to dig them out of their splintered case, and brush off the smaller particles of glass. So then I go to my family reunion, and instead of sharing these with my uncles and having them smell the cigar through that freshly breached wax, I hand them a cigar and make them guess what it is when it's been in the humidor with everything else.

I love bourbon and the cigars live up to the name. Great aroma and an awesome taste. It pairs well with a bourbon or a whiskey. I also like how they are individually wrapped. Makes it easier to give one or a set as a gift.

I used to get the MM cigars, but since there’s a legal issue, I ordered these. They’re excellently tubed and the flavor is great, I’ll be getting more.

This cigar wouldn’t stay lit. Couldn’t tell if I caught a buzz from the cigar or if I was hyper-ventilating trying to keep it burning....so sad. I’ve had a similar cigar before and liked it. Must have gotten a dud....bummer!

Old and stale, the cigars kept peeling from being so dry, very disappointed! Will never purchase again, must have been on the shelves too long. Recommend you start putting your cigars on expiration dates to avoid losing customers like me!

I’ve been smoking these sticks for special occasions for many years. The strength of the infusion can vary but the last ones I bought were exceptional. I very much enjoyed these cigars. I am a recovering alcoholic and I wonder if I relapsed.

I really enjoyed this cigar. I worried about it being just a gimmick, but it actually demonstrated a well put together, unique flavor. I am fairly new to cigar smoking in terms of taking it more serious as a form of art. And I am really digging the prices and product diversity of Thompsoncigar.com. I look forward to learning and buying more. Back to the Makers Mark Sumatra Toro. It would be a nice gift for a novice or an afficianado. It wasn't harsh, and felt bold but smooth.

Have enjoyed this smoke a few times, the wrappers fell off the last ones(what are the sealed tubes for?) these aren't real cheap and I sure can't afford these all the time so I was disappointed.

The downside to this cigar is the retail pricing and packaging is great for gifts and single usages but not very high-volume friendly.

I purchase these cigars for friends to smoke at the annual Christmas party. Really enjoy the flavor and ease at which they smoke. Best enjoyed when sharing with friends.

I had a party and smoked these with a few of y friends. We all were very surprised at how good they tasted. Not to mention the cool packaging.

So I'm not a bourbon fan but figured I'd try these just to try them. They definitely have a great bourbon flavor and aroma. If you're not a fan of bourbon I would not recommend these but if you are these are wonderful.

While the Ted's brand is a real good cigar, it is not quite the same since Teds took it over. Supposely nothing was changed in the manufacturing process, but something is different. Maybe in the process, timing, or procedure. But there is a difference in taste, although subtle!

Flavor is great! Even after being in the humidor for 3-4 weeks, the wrapper dries out quickly and crumbles a lot.

This is a great cigar with the flavor I expected when I ordered. However, I picked up on most of the infused bourbon in the smell and not the smoke. I would recommend if you want a mild, good tasting cigar for pretty much any occasion.

Cigar had a bad taste...second draw I threw it out.

Unlike some "infused" cigars, Maker's Mark has a good amount of bourbon flavor to enjoy while smoking. They have a distinguishing flavor that is not harsh in any way - making for an enjoyable experience. The 650's are a good size to enjoy at a longer event where you may wish to savor it through several conversations. Highly recommend this to any who enjoy a fine cigar.

Was exactly what I expected from this brand.

I haven't even cracked them open yet since they look so bad. For the price I would expect to receive a product that doesn't show cracking and peeling in the wrapper.

Should be smoked in one setting; not real good for re-lights.

Recommend putting in a humidor before smoking - but when you do that, it overpowers the humidor with its unique odor. Looks great in the glass tube, especially sitting next to a glass (or bottle) of Maker's. The smoke was good, but more of a novelty.

I love Maker's Mark cigar with a glad of Maker's Mark, makes a great weekend.

Very good tasting and smoking cigar, just not worth the price!

This cigar started with a clean draw and flavor for about 1/2 the cigar. I was surprised that it didn't burn clean but flaky and stems popped out when the ash fell off. Very disappointing experience for hand rolled cigar. I hope this was a rare fluke since I have two more to smoke before giving up entirely.

Good item except for the one that was flaking when it was delivered. Wouldn't expect this from upscale ciger.

These sticks were a nice smoke only problem was being 3 they didn't last me very long and I gave one to a bro. They were really nice after a long ride in the mountains and a stop at my local watering hole

These are terrible cigars, just one had the proper taste on the palette. All wrappers were dry and cracked, the 3rd one is in the humidor now to see what happens, maybe I can salvage it. I really expected much more being that Makers Mark put their name on the label. I would never even give one to any of my friends. Rum River Crooks has a more consistent flavor than these did and they are a cheap smoke.

Cigar performed well. The initial aroma of bourbon sets the mood for a very mild tasting cigar with a very even burn.

Everyone and anyone whom loves Makers Mark will love this cigar. I will definitely be purchasing some more. A wonder taste the entire time.
