Nicaraguan fillers are surrounded by Mexican and Nicaraguan binders that are secured with a light-brown, Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. The term "Negociant," refers to people in the wine world who buy grapes from other growers to produce their own blend of wines which is something similar that happens in the cigar industry. A very apt name for such a cigar.
