I have been happy with your product for quite sometime, however, the last order I received, there have many imperfections in the product. The filters are coming off the cigar when you take one from the pack. Very frustrating and needless to say, expensive. Quality control problem no doubt.

I love this little cigar. I am a woman so might seem strange, but I don't like cigarettes anymore. I like the flavor of them. I have purchased other little cigars but the flavor is much better than the others. The smoke is not terrible and it doesn't stink up my house like cigarettes do. The cigars are exactly what my husband smokes and we have not been able to find them locally for a long time now. COVID sucks! However, once I ordered, I never received my order. Called and was told to wait another week. Waited and called back. They sent another order out and we got it within 5 business days. Ordered on Nov. 18 and received on Dec. 11. If they can get it to me within 5 business days, then why does it take so long when I order. I remember this happening another time when I ordered. I’m just glad I keep up with the things I order!
