Good buy

Worked sometimes for awhile, now doesn't lite at all. Igniter seems ok and fluid is full.

After three cigars, the lighter started sputtering; and after 10 cigars it stopped working completely.

It still takes a while to light and me figure out after 2 refills. Even after following instructions. I am now wondering if I just should have stayed with disposable lighters.

Takes many clicks to get it to light!

Has not worked from the start. Leaks butane. Have to manually adjust it to the "-" max or it leaks. So every time I use I have to manually move it back to the max "+" to work. Will be buying another lighter from your competition.

This rating is for Thompson Cust. Serv. not the lighter. Never received after 2 tries. First time came via UPS in busted AND empty box. Notified Cust. Serv. on 11/25 and they reshipped on Nov 27 and according to tracking was del. to Summerduck Va. I live in NC and have ordered from Thompson often enough. I was told that Thompson was having tracking issues. I am suspect of that as It is Dec. 15th and no order yet. Normally takes 5 days. Would have been 0 stars if available option. The clear tank is nice to see how much fluid is in the lighter. Works perfectly every time!
