The makers of Sancho Panza cigars are known for making 90+ rated cigars for a price that is incredibly low, especially given the quality. Aiming to please those who like a bolder cigar, or "fuerte" in spanish, the Sancho Panza Extra Fuerte Madrid Honduran Toro (6 1/4" x 54) hits on all cylinders. Like its well-known smoother cousin, the Extra Fuerte uses the same San Agustin Honduran wrapper but adds an extra dollop of double cured Cuban-seed Ligero to the filler blend. The added ligero kicks a little more delivering a mouth-watering medium to full bodied flavor.

I’d put these in the great with a glass of bourbon category. Tasty occasional treat for me. Super smooth light draw, and even burning. Would have rated it four and a half if that had been an option. Worth a try if you like the medium to full smokes like me.

This one is fantastic from the beginning. Some cigars you have to work your way into. This cigar is great from the first draw. I find it packs a punch so might wan to save it for the special occasion or the a great event. Little much for every day. But that is just me.

Excellent daily with ice cold bourbon of your liking. Also works well with an Imperial Stout. Great value. Consistent burn, nice finish. Bottom line: An affordable quality cigar .

This has become one of my favorite value cigars. Great flavor with a smooth finish and comparable with cigars that cost twice as much. Not a 5 star but closer to a 4 1/2 stars. Overall, the flavor strength is closer to a medium. Good consistent quality with a decent draw. I also smoke Brickhouse, Oliva, La Aroma de Cuba, and Alec Bradley cigars -once my stock of those are finished I'll probably stick to Sancho Panzas. I wish they offered this in a robusto size as well.

This is a great daily smoke for all of us on a budget and save your other favs for the weekend. At $3.50 or less a cigar, you can't go wrong with any of the Sancho Panza line.

I have always enjoyed the ligero cigars and this one by Panza is quite good. Would not consider the cigar to be extra fuerte/strong, but it is fairly strong and probably not a good choice for an occasional cigar smoker.
