Just received my cigars today. Very disappointed in this cigar. Poor construction due to loose roll. Dry, Wrapper is unraveling. Burn is uneven and flavor is blah. Steer clear of this one. First time I've ever felt the need to comment and only doing so in hopes someone else doesn't get burned on these as well.

A terrific cigar, makes a great gift (for yourself, too). Smooth, tasty, great burn -- San Cristobal has become a real go-to smoke.

The Thompson 5-Pak Fever program is one of the best way to try and learn about the more upscale cigars... this is an upscale cigar.

I smoke one occasionally, as I said above, it is a little harsh, peppery, for my taste.

This cigar, in the imperial/toro size, quickly became one of my favorites several years ago. I have smoked though several boxes of them. (Actually, more boxes than I had realized!) Its a very nice mild - medium cigar, with nice flavors and complexity, without overwhelming you with strength. Very consistent from cigar to cigar and box to box. If you like the Avo Classic or XO, or the Zino Platinum Scepter, this might be a good cigar to try. A little stronger, but like the Avos and the Zino, nice complexity and flavor. This is primarily a morning cigar for me, as I like something with a little more power in the afternoon and evening. Those four cigars are my primary morning rotation, and together provide a nice variety. Always a nice draw, burn and aroma. My wife's all time favorite, when it comes to aroma.

I am not a fan of the Connecticut wrapper but I am a fan of San Cristóbal. This is probably the only stuck I've had that I can put down. Filler was great and the stick got better about halfway through when it shifted toward the fuller side of medium. I would stick to ems or maduro for my San Cristóbal

I am smoking one as I am writing this comment. It is one of the best mild cigars on the market.

This is a good cigar, but too mild for my tastes. I like connecticut wrappers early in the morning, but found that this cigar just didn't have enough punch.
