Received 3 5 packs. All appeared to be damaged by insects with multiple visible holes on each cigar. Not sure how these got out the door. I have returned and reached out to customer service (I think they are in India) multiple times and received zero response from the Thompson team. The sticks were bad and the service was worse.

I have enjoyed these cigars for years, usually a nice even burn with consistent flavor throughout. Mild but also flavorful. Lately I have had a few that did not draw well and had some wrapper cracking.

Great smoke and great service as always from Thompson. These are my favorite Connecticut. They are consistent, and always have a great burn. They are mild like a Connecticut should be but still plenty of flavor and not boring like I find some Connecticuts.
