Great cigars for a good price

Awesome cigar

Another well-made smoke from RP. This was the offering that first attracted me to the brand. I bought a single at a cigar store while out of town and was very pleasantly surprised by the pronounced maduro flavor.

Consistent quality. Good taste, draw and even burn. Great for the price.

What can I say, it's a Rocky Patel and I haven't met a Rocky Patel yet that I don't love. These are tasty all the way through and very aromatic. there I medium smoke but smooth and people are constantly telling me how good they smell and asking me the who the maker is.

Very sharp and heavy. Also not consistent from stick to stick. Some are pretty dry and burn unevenly but they are constructed well and draw cleanly. Hopefully they will mellow and even out over time.

The cigar is always great but I can't get anyone to tell me where the order is. I ordered 4 five packs under the 5 Pack Fever Sampler and haven't received any of them. I have tried emailing three times. I have set on hold up to 15 minutes. Zip, nada, nothing, zilch. It's been 3 weeks and no response.

Excellent Cigar

This cigar was not my favorite but it still had something about it that made me want to finish it. The initial inspection of it showed a dark oily wrapper, maybe a little soft for my liking(not my humidor because all other cigars are fine and rotated weekly), and gorgeous band. Cutting it was slightly difficult because this cigar was softer than normal. Lit great and had a pretty good draw. But the downfall was definitely the taste. Take a bite of a leather bag and it will be pretty close to the taste. I prefer a wood or pepper flavor over the leather. It wasn't atrocious but there are better flavors, and the strength seemed mild-medium or medium. I don't know what it was, but despite the less than appealing taste I wanted to continue smoking it. It finished with an almost peppery taste and stayed cool even when it was almost burnt down. If you prefer the leathery taste then you would be in love with this, but for those of us that want peppery or woody flavor this is not the greatest. Happy Smoking
