Well I bought the mega haul and it got back ordered so I ordered more cigars to hold me over until the back order got filled when the backordered cigars arrived there was a shipping charge. I feel we should have gotten free shipping because we ordered more cigars because of the backorder and that should have been considered as all one order be cause you caused the backorder PLEASE REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE Thank You D H Crossley
