Ordered the lighter and did not get the one in the picture. Called to get the one in the picture, still wrong. Called to have the ad corrected to find out that the lighter in the ad was incorrect and they corrected it. The lighter itself is a nice little lighter, but seems to go thru the butane a little quick.

I filled it up with fluid and it would not light . I called TC back and they told me to let the lighter set for an hour then try lighting it I had to go to work so it sat overnight and still would not light called TC back and they gave me a coupon for $10offmy next order

The lighter works. The flame adjustment tends to move while in your pocket. It was pictured with a punch cutter but does not have one.

Lighter didn’t work properly. Only 3 of 4 burners lit and have to click lighter several times before it lights up. I returned it for a refund.

The Quad Torch was wonderful, it lighted the whole end Quickly. The cigars are wonderful , I got a smooth creamy taste from it!

Better product than I expected.

The first one sent to me did not work much at all. The second one work sometimes, has to be full of fuel and only lights if it turn up to the highest flame. If it under 60 deg’s dose not want to light! do you have a different torch you would recommend. tb

Loves the lighter but seems to be having trouble filling it with butane. Only fills to less than half.

It doesn't light easily. Usually four or five clicks before it will light. Tried purging it a refilling it and no change.

Great lighter works fine

This lighter was part of a package deal. It is a fantastic torch lighter that I have used on cruise ships. It never faltered and became quite popular with my fellow smokers.

It’s heavy for it’s size. I wouldn’t order it again.

The description said no cutter, but the picture clearly showed a plug cutter. Hoping the description was wrong and that pictures don't lie, since was on clearance I ordered it. No plug cutter. Lighter works okay but not particularly better than any other torch lighter. I do like the clear chamber so you don't wonder if it's empty. Would have been very disappointed if I had paid any more than the clearance price of well under ten dollars.

Easy fill. Works as expected for a 4 burner. Clear tank makes it easy to see fuel leg for refilling.

One click lighting. Flame easily adjustable. Lightweight free standing lighter. Sight glass is kinda dark and tough to see fuel level. Overall an excellent purchase I’m very pleased with. Great value for the money.

Few years ago, I received as a gift a lighter made by Lotus. It is the only lighter that survived the time and works properly. Also, I received cigar guillotine which can be described at best: Cigar damaging because the sharpness of the blade is absolutely way below average. 18 years ago, I received guillotine from Thompson cigar which I still use up to date. Do you think a steady loyal customer with excellent credit; who buys expensive cigars from you deserves quality gift like a nice cigar lighter and excellent cigar cutting tools? I am so disappointed with the new management who do not see the point of this matter.

I’ve had this lighter before and it’s been solid. This most recent one I received as a bonus to a cigar sampler has been very inconsistent. Sometimes it works great, sometimes it won’t even ignite, other times the flame is weak. I think that’s more indicative of my lighter specifically, because the last one I had was excellent.
