Cigars are so dry upon arrival, the wrappers crumble. I wrote to complain and they said put them in a humidor and check them in a week, but my spouse has to wait a week to smoke one? Then what? Who knows...?

the very worse cigars I have ever smoked and i have been smoking for about 50 years..... Plus, I always thought that Rooly was a really fine inexpensive cigar BUT the last 100 i received .two would not draw no matter what I did and two others just fell apart after two or three puffs. In the past I have always been very happy with your cigars but the last two orders have been terrible. One more like those two will send me back to Burlington
