This order was to be delivered by December 11 by UPS. Instead it was handed of to USPS and has YET to be delivered. This is totally unacceptable. My three sisters and I use your company to send cigars to our brain injured brother. He eagerly awaits and depends on these orders as it is one of the few pleasures he has remaining in life. As a result of this horrifically poor customer service, I will be purchasing from another company and will be recommending to my three sisters to do likewise.
