Good, the cartons were not packed well. The 2 out of 3 cartons were damaged when they arrived. It looked like the USPS were kicking fields with the package! i will still smoke them even if the packs are crushed. There are a few packs in this condition. I don't have a smart phone and not able to submit a photo.

Shipping worked well but not happy with the Phillies. They were hard to draw either too dry or too old? I probably try to find a different brand. Flavor was ok just too hard to smoke.

Took 3 1/2 weeks to get them!

First time purchaser, and will never purchase from them again. Very slow to ship, package arrived very damaged. Cigar cartons were also damaged. Wrote customer service with pictures and they never responded. Extremely disappointing! And to think I was going to order some expensive cigars.

They do not stay lite. They burn your throat half way through. You constantly have to relight them.

Like cigar, but I ordered on November 5th and still have not received my order. When tracking, it arrived at my local post office, but then it went back to another state. I had to call postal service, and it was an issue with barcode. I am still waiting for my order. Very frustrating.

I ordered 12 Cartoons, and when it arrived the box was damaged and there are only 7 cartoons.. Very sad and i've been buying cigar from Thampson for years.! how could this happen????????

DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN RELIABLE. THE PILLIES QUALITY HAS NOT BEEN THE SAME AS BEFORE. THERE ARE VERY SMALL HOLES, MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO LIGHT/ SMOKE IT. SO SOME OF IT NOT ABLE TO SMOKE UNTIL IT BURNS PASS THE WHOLES. VERY ANNOYING AND WASTE PART OF THE PHILLIE. QA NEEDS TO DO BETTER. THANK YOU, NORMAN

They are a good flavor but I have to break the filter off to get a good draw off of them
