This isn’t about the cigars. This is about the lack of response from Thompson. Once again my cigars are delayed. It has become extremely frustrating to have notification from both the company and the shipper, only to not have the cigars show up when they said they would. I have sent communication to Thompson twice on the issue with no response.

I was supposed to receive 10 Oliva Cigars but only received 5. When I brought it to their attention, they only offered me a $20 credit. I just wanted them to replace the missing cigars. The $20 does not cover the replacement cost with shipping. I wish I would have realized that before I reluctantly accepted.

I usually have Olivia”s in my rotation. The offer for the 5 variety pack was a good price and was at the right time to purchase a few additional cigars. The flavors were delightful along with a nice bourbon in the evening. The burn was steady as you would expect, did not notice any issues with the ash. I had ordered a box of Tabak Especialas as well. Cigars were fresh, delivery was quicker then stated at purchase, package was received with no damage. Try Olivia’s in a sampler, you won’t be disappointed.
