Great customer service! First one arrived damaged, someone at UPS must have thrown it. Called CS and they apologized (not Thompson's fault!) and sent out another one no charge the next day. Humidor is large and looks great.

I never received it. I called and they said they could not find it, but it had been mailed, and delivered, but I never got it. I asked the gentleman I was speaking to if they could just send me another one, because I had just received my cigar order, so I would not have anything to put my cigars into, and he said that they were back ordered, and all of the large Humidors I wanted, were back ordered. Now I have cigars that will probably go bad. I am not happy!!

Great size and look! Seasoned very quickly and maintains a great humidity.

There's a lot of space

I was not happy about the condition in which the first humidor came but I was able to contact Thompson and get a new one for which I was very happy with just having a hard time regulating it with an electronic humidifier nevertheless I'm happy with it

Very nice piece, looks great. Took a bit to season, but now holds humidity well using boveda packs in conjunction with a straight distilled water device. Lid seal could be a bit better and the method of installing the hygrometer results in it not getting any exposure to the air to be monitored so I just leave a hygrometer laying on top of cigars.

This was more than I expected! Great construction, solid, and definitely can hold what it says as advertised. I was a little leary as I had a bit of bad luck ordering this on line. They would arrive destroyed. Thompson shipped it right on the money! I may get another! Thank you Thompson Cigars

First and foremost, you should buy this if you are looking for substantial storage without investing in a cabinet! So from the beginning - it survived the mail system (from the USA to Europe). This guy was packaged in styrofoam and wrapped in plastic. Despite the cardboard having a tough journey, the humidor was unscathed. The construction of the box is well above the price point, and should last well passed my need to upgrade. The supplied humidifiers are the only item you need to upgrade. This is due to it being the green foam vice more stable mediums. There is room to accommodate a variety of cases; quantity depends upon size and your Tetris skills. As with any humidor, overstocking or tightly packing will impact performance. Please reference the photos for the cigar accommodations of the shelves and under storage.

This humidor is huge, holds plenty of boxes in the bottom compartment(got 6 boxes of 6X60 in there still have space), and the 2 trays keep my favorites ready for whenever I want one. Its been holding RH (currently at 72Rh @ 73F),with around a 2% drop from the top to bottom. Love it, finding it hard not to order another one, can't beat the price,its a deal you don't want to miss out on.

This is the best humidor I've purchased so far, holds humidity and plenty of dividers and the 2 trays are perfect for keeping favorites at the ready.
