The Macanudo Vintage Maduro 1997 Toro (6" x 54) is the first maduro to enter the Vintage Series, and trust me when I say this was worth the wait. This cigar is filled to the brim with long-fillers from Brazil, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. These tobaccos are covered by a dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper, resulting in a medium-bodied profile with rich notes of cocoa, espresso, and toffee. You might notice the incredible metal band that adorns this cigar, well this band is for more than just appearances. It also doubles as quality control for your humidors moisture output.

These have been one of my favorite sticks since the first time I tried them. Nice draw, great flavor and just the right amount of spice and some what of a mild pepper taste. Highly recommend these cigars.

Purchased these for a party. They were unbelievably dry and cracked when cut. Wrappers came off very easy. I'm am extremely disappointed in the purchase.

It is a very unique smoke. I enjoy one almost every day. One of my favorites along with "Cohiba Macassar" and "Padrone" anniversary series. The burn is even and a deep complex flavor and I love how they come packaged with individual cigar rings which I use regularly with other brands of cigars.

Smooth throughout, mild, earthy, and I rate it price and quality above any cuban hand made cirgars.

First the order was delivered earlier than I anticipated. Secondly the product 1997 reserve blend came in a beautiful well built box, the cigars were well presented. The blend of the reserve tobacco has a great smooth taste and every cigar that that I notched draws well. I normally smoke 60 ring but 1997 Reserve is a 54 and a great smoke. I recommend them.
