Have lit 5 cigars and only one did burn well. The two would not burn and had to be relit a couple of times, and two others not at all. Ended up trashing them. Please pass this on to Macanudo.

I have ordered thousands of dollars from you over time with my recent order exceeding $400. I ordered several items, including two boxes that I was to use for gifts. I never received the $138 box of Monte Cristos. When I called, I was practically called a liar and was insulted. And on top off that, I was resent the wrong item. Originally asked about the 5 free cigar and $20.00 gift card offer. Never received free cigars. Ordered 20 cigars and a humidor. I was informed it was back-ordered and Sales rep told me he could sell me other humidors twice the price which I did not want. Once he told me of the back order, I requested that The cigars not be delivered until after the humidor was available. Cigars came a week later and it has been over a month with two reminders informing me that humidor back ordered again. Meanwhile, remaining half of cigars are stale, flack and unravel.
