The Inspirado cigars that came as part of the package were unacceptable. completely dried out and not smokeable. The cafe and gold cigars are excellent. Because they were a gift as part of the package, after trying three of them, I throw the rest away. Stephen Bailey

Bought the cigars for my daughters wedding. They were embarrassing. No draw the smokers were putting down cigars that were smoked down a inch and walking away. I called to complain and he expected me to have picked up the cigars that were left and barely smoked. Have you people heard that there is a Covid virus ??? Was told that I would get a call back within 24 hrs. Here I am 3 days later and no calll. What a rip off

Haven't smoked them yet. I've been in the hospital.
