Bought 5 of these Gold Labels and 5 Mac Hyde Park Cafe; alternated smoking them; these frankly were a let down compared to their cousin every time. 3 stars for the misnomer.

I am finished ordering from Thompson Cigars. I have been a club member for over five years and I have experienced on several occasions orders not being filled properly and arriving late. This last order was shipped on Dec. 18th, supposed to arrive to my father on Dec. 23rd, and and it finally showed up on Jan. 5th. Inexcusable. Customer service is equally as incompetent and indecipherable. Never again.

The cigars were dried out and brittle on arrival, this is the first time I have had an issue with cigars from Thompson but I am very unhappy!

My husband is the cigar smoker, so I cannot comment on the above topics. I only know that his eyes light up when he sees these cigars.

Ordering was too tough, I wanted to order 4 5 packs, was told there were rules about doubling orders, spent too much time on the phone, although supervisor was finally helpful in finishing the order,

I have yet to receive my order and wonder why the vendor is asking me to review a product they have yet to deliver.
