These are one of my favorites

From the toast to the final third, this stick was truly worth all the hype. Warm notes of nuts and leather throughout. Will be buying again.

Thompson did a great job of shipping these sticks. Liga no. 9's are my favorite stick. As soon as I got them, I lit one up and it smoked great. I'll definitely order again.

A full bodied silky smooth cigar.

Surprisingly smooth with no bitterness, even if you take too many draws to heat it up. And the aroma is fantastic. I'd love to get more in the future.

I order a sampler of Liga 9s, loved so much ordered box and it is the perfect end of the week smoke. Great flavors, very consistent from stick to stick. Well worth the money.

my friend was house-sitting for an affluent family, and they'd left instructions to "help yourself to whatever." in a tiny cabinet in the hallway, I found several cigars lying loose in the top drawer (amidst envelopes, stamps, scotch tape, etc). I'd never heard of Liga Privada. my friend and I each smoked one, and were immediately impressed. full-bodied yet balanced... almost gentle. sweet without being syrupy or saccharine (like cheaper maduros often are). it's been in my top 5 ever since.

The Liga Privada No. 9... exceeded every expectation I had. Drew Estate quickly became my favorite, and has held steady at number one on my list of favorites. The No. 9, is, no doubt, one that will be held high on affordable cigars listing, and to anyone, whether beginner or aficionado, I'll always recommend this one.

I would recommend this cigar to anyone that enjoys a full flavored cigar.

Liga #9 Robusto is one of my favorite cigars and an example of what a well constructed stick should be. The cap clips cleanly and the draw is always perfect with large volumes of smoke. No need to "double puff". The strength is medium-full with a full flavor packed with notes of coffee bean, bitter-sweet chocolate and very earthy tobacco. This is a cigar you can smoke to the nub without ever having any bitterness for the full 60 minutes it lasts. I like it paired with a lightly peated scotch or even better with a medium roast black coffee.

One of my favorite cigars is an Undercrown by Drew Estate. If you like the Undercrown you will love the Liga #9 as it is a step up front the Undercrown. This is an excellent cigar for the money. They are a bit pricey for those of us without an endless source of funds, but it is well worth the price. It is one of my favorites. Smooth, flavorful and well constructed. Get one a.s.a.p.

Too bad the Liga's are little pricey

I smoke daily and this is cigar is for special times. Not as rare as it was a couple years ago and got a great deal.
