A good cigar but wish they can in larger ring sizes.

These cigars look great and provide a solid maduro smoking experience. Not an award winner but not a dog either. Nice medium balance with hints of chocolate.

Once I learned how to cut them, they smoked much better.

Just trying to learn what to smoke

My usual once a day smoke is a Punch or Cohiba XV, both of which I enjoy every time. I decided to give these La Paloma a try after a Thompson salesman recommended them. I didn't have high expectations for a cigar that costs roughly 3 dollars a smoke, but I was definitely impressed after the first few puffs. Aftertaste was good; sweet spot was smooth, with a very appealing "rolled chocolate" appearance. I plan to buy these cigars again. An excellent choice for those who love maduro wrappers.

its always a shot in the dark when trying new cigars, most that i have tryed from Thomson were good! i was talked into trying this cigar [...] tole me they were alot like Gurkers. he must not smoke because not even close!! i wont be trying any more boxes of cigars from here.

One of my favorites, ones I save to savor. Goes great with scotch!

Taste is very flat

Enjoy smoking them as I travel down the road. Helps relax me during trips, to and from the house.
