This is an AWESOME humidor! It is very well built, the hinge design is sturdy, the lid can actually be monogrammed, it has plenty of room for all of your sticks and it came packaged very nicely. Well, done!

The humidor looks very attractive, but the humidistat and humidifier mounting arrangement is not well designed - at all. While an interesting design, the actual function of the mounting design is a total fail. Will be returning my purchase.

I'm a loyal, long-term customer of Thompson Cigar, and I love their offering, customer service, value for money cigar ranges etc. HOWEVER, this humidor doesn't merit to be in their offering. It's a shame to include such a low quality, non-functional product in their range. 1. Hygrometer broken, wouldn't move above/below the 50% mark, despite two gigantic BOVEDA 72% packs, one lower case, one in the upper tray !!! 2. the double-sided sticky pads to fix the round magnet for the hygrometer and the two square magnets for the plastic humidifier would not hold more than 10 seconds 3. Cedar (???) wood body of humidor broken, around the lock 4. the key is a JOKE, would simply fall out of the lock SEE PHOTOS

This is a very attractive humidor especially if you are seeking something a little out of the ordinary. It blends in with my decor a little better than a traditional wood tone humidor.

Unable to attach magnet to hold humidifier without using Crazy Glue. Wooden dividers poorly made. Otherwise pretty nice

The service is the worst I’ve ever seen since you moved to Michigan it’s terrible can’t get hardly anything I want always on back order and never get it and if you do have something it takes weeks to get it and don’t blame it on COVID-19 that’s just an easy way out
