The cigars Hoyo Excalibur Epicure - natural were excellent. However, your service was not. I ordered them, paid for them and waited and waited. Had I not continued to follow up on the status I would still be waiting. Because I called 10 days later and complained A SECOND SHIPMENT WAS MADE AND I RECEIVED THEM IN 2 DAYS. WHY i received a notice to track a shipment that was never made is poor service.
