I have enjoyed all of them so far. I smoke occasionally during the week and usually several on the weekends. I wouldn't consider myself an expert by any means but I know what I like and these cigars are very tasty and not too strong. They aren't on you tongue the next morning when you wake up either.

This is my main smoke. I am impressed with Gurkha, and I like a darker, hearty smoke with a robust flavor. This is a dense, slow burner that is good right down to the nub. They will burn uneven if you are not careful, but the flavor is as good as Gurkha's top of the line offerings at a better price. A very good value in a cigar.

This order was lost in the mail. After four phone calls, I was told wait two days and call back. Done. The CSR told me the "investigator", or claims rep, or some such would contact me in the following 24-48 hours. Well, that never happened. Call number five: finally spoke with a young lady who started the refund process since the cigars I ordered were not in stock. While I realize the need to verify the loss, that does not excuse the slow response time and very poor customer service. I'm guessing no one even thought to check the tracking number to get an idea where the problem occurred.

Probably was a great cigar but they were dried out. Smoked the bundle, most unraveled while smoking, when you snip the end it decintegrated. I don't usually complain but you asked. I just ordered rocky patels that I just rated as good, I'll stick with them.
