I used to be a club member for about 4 years. And I had it setup to receive a shipment every 6 weeks. So with that in mind (not a club mem6anymore) I ordered a shipment of cigars. I paid for 2 day shipping. Received a tracking number, order number stated my item has shipped. However I never received what I ordered. There no information from tracking number to update me as to where my order was shipped too. Just stated ready for pick by UPS. Customer service could not help AT ALL!!!!!!! So a week goes by and still no cigars. They did refund my shipping, but wanted to give me credit instead of my money. I declined that. They said there would be another order sent to my overnight. HA HA HA. That didn't happen. It took another 4 days to get second order. NOT A BAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!
