Excellent cigar!

Of the premium brands I enjoy, Gurkha has been the most consistently disappointing. If the wrapper on the cigar I was smoking began to fall apart and the binder split, it was probably a Gurkha. I only included a five-pack of the Governor's Blend on my latest order to get the free shipping but so far, they compare well with the Alec Bradley and Montecristo in my recent five-pack madness order. They've earned another chance.

Good smoke, nice aroma!!

Very smoke fir the money

Full body but very smooth. Very nice all the way down to the nib.

The cigars were dried out half them burned even. Had a good flavor

Product very dry. Wrapper on the cigars fell off. Very disappointed.

Good flavor, but difficult to keep the outer wrap from pealing off while smoking. And yes, these are kept in a humidor with my other cigars. And no, my other cigars (Oliva, Rocky Patel, Alec Bradley, La Aroma) do not have this problem. I like to share my treasures from Thompson with friends and would not share the Gurkha Governor's Private Blend for fear that it would fall apart on them.

This cigar burns smooth and is mild. These cigars are worth the money .

My go to Gurkha. Mild enough for the morning but also pleasurable in the afternoon.

I love Gurkha Black Dragons and thought I’d try these. Have smoked 7-8 and about half of them, the wrapper kept falling off the cigar. The ones that held together were not as well made or flavorful as the Black Dragons. Would not buy them.
