GREAT CIGAR

Loved the flavor and smoothness of the cigar!

Yes it arrived on time. But the cigars were all dried out. I mean to the point where the wrappers where splitting and even the core was dry. I smoked on and was disappointed. I thought maybe it was a fluke but I checked all of them and yes all dried out. No happy at all.

This was a gift for a friends retirement! My goodness it brought tears along with the single malt scotch!

The box was way cheaper than anything from Gurkha. K Hansotia is meticulous about presentation. There is no way this box is from Gurkha. the glasses were foggy, and 3 of the cigars were cracking in the sealed tubes. I was extremely disappointed. That's why I returned them.

Company can't figure out how to ship boxes. 1st try both the glasses and the cigar tubes where broken they fell out of the cigar box during shipment. 2nd time same thing, but only glasses where broken. they said they will ship me just the glasses, one month later I call, only to find out glasses are back order. If I had not called, I would never have known, as they didn't send me a notice of the back order.

Fantastic cigar but Thompson did not pack it with good padding when shipped. Arrived with broken glasses and cigars scattered inbox with glass shards. Different replacement glasses sent by Thompson so I ordered another because it was a gift. Second arrived scattered in box but not broken so gift was late since I had to reorder.. Cigars are some of the best I have had.
