I very much enjoyed my Gurkha sampler as it's been my favorite brand for years. The variety was great. It contained some lines that I had not previously tried. The only downside is that some (3-4) were very dry and crumbled during smoking. Probably storage issues. Nothing is perfect, but it makes me a bit wary of future orders.

I bought these for my son and usually the cigars are great but this bunch is terrible. The cigars are not burning evenly and the taste is off. Could we possibly get a replacement for these cigars. Cigars are dried out and split -- couldn't smoke half of them. Wrappers dried and flakey despite having spent time in the humidor. Terrible purchase which, once again, reflects badly on Thompson Cigars.

Gurkha cigars are good and this is a good sampler. A couple were too strong for me, but that is not the fault of the cigar, of course. Flavor good, draw good on all. The only complaint -- hence 4 rather than 5 stars -- two burned very unevenly, not sure why. In my experience, Thompson shipping has always been outstanding. Recommended.

From the burn to the aroma, these are just about the worst cigars I have ever had the opportunity to light up! Thmpson would not give me credit for the return of not yet used cigars, since I no longer had the plastic wrapper for each cigar. This was definitely my last purchase from this outfit!

The tobacco was good but 2 of the first 3 cigars I’ve had were very loosely rolled and basically had a hole in the middle. I am disappointed in the quality of the rolling. It’s almost as if either Thompson or Ghurka rolled light for this sample pack.

This is my second purchase of this offer and I was very excited to see it was still available but the excitement was short lived. The last 3 sticks that I've smoked I was unable to finish either because they were so dry and cracked when cutting with the guillotine or using the punch cut, or they tasted generic and cheap. The 1st purchase I gave a "Great review," this second batch a complete thumbs down. I am going to buy another one if it's still available and hope the 2nd offer was a victim of a bad batch.

Only three deep into the sampler and two of the three burned perfect and even with the flavor I expect from a Gurkha. One of them was falling apart as soon as I opened the plastic but it burned ok. Even though I had to hold it together and spit out a bit of wrapper here and there, still enjoyed it.

I was happy with this selection this way I can share on the golf course and so on. I was a little unhappy that some of them came unwrapped , I keep my humidor at 70 or so and nice and cool. While some of the cigars tasted better than others, it seems to me that the cigars were older and tried out. I found the covered leaves cracked and fell off during the smoking. Am I not getting fresh cigars? It affected the burn, Because the leaves came away from the actual cigar, and did not burn evenly.

VERY SMOOTH Draw, much smoother than I had anticipated. The burn is a bit more challenging, I often find 15-20% of the sticks tend to begin unraveling after 15 minutes into the smoke. I have preferred "LIGHT/MILD" but would, now, perhaps order medium/full strength once in a while as a welcome change.

Like all Gurkhas I have smoked it was good. When I got these the couple I've smoked were dried out where the wrapper crumbled apart as I removed it from the packaging. All other cigars I've ordered from this site have been fantastic. Not impressed with this past shipment but it's 1 order out of countess. Maybe I'll get lucky and it was just 3 bad cigars out of the sampler lol. We shall see.

This was a great sampler. I thought most of these had a great flavor with the exception being the black ops. As far as the Construction of the cigars I only had a problem with the Titan tunneling. The best part was the quality of the free humidor with the sampler pack. It’s airtight and holds humidity perfectly. I’ve already bought a second one.

Highly disappointed in the quality of these cigars. I have smoked 5 of the 15 to his point and every one of them has had a major rolling flaw in them. Large holes running the entire length of the cigar. Hopeful the other 10 are better, but I have my doubts.

The cigars are fine hand one that unraveled but the others seem to be fine. Didn’t get the digital digital device that measures humidity. Really stupid when you shipped a humidor without that but the stuff to humidify it.

Gurkha makes so many cigars over a broad price range, and it's nearly impossible to try them all. This sampler is pretty good for trying out fifteen different cigars made by Gurka. Like all samplers, some of them are better than others but, so far, I haven't had any big problems with construction or anything else to disappointment me. Some of these cigars are HUGE! I have to save those until I have enough time to get through one! At $4 a stick, you really can't go wrong with this sampler.

Good experience again with these folks. Excellent Cigars, but Customer Service was really the highlight. Because of the pandemic the Post Office was very slow in delivering. Customer Service stayed on top of the situation and kept me well informed. Pleasant and efficient.
