Named for the mythical three-headed dog that guarded Hades’ gates, Guardian of the Farm Cerberus is a pure soul; a Nicaraguan pure soul that is. The wrapper on this beast is a new variety of the corojo coming from the 2012 crop, which lends subtle hints of spice to the blend.
