Some cigars appeared to be filled with something other than tobacco and did not burn properly.

Great taste, great smoke, has real good draw and rough construction but it holds.

Great value for the money paid per stick. It rivals the more well known names out there and at a fraction of the cost.

I ordered these for my dad due to stores having trouble keeping them in stock. As I was trying to keep him updated on when they would arrive I had noticed that they had sat in the same facility for at least a week before I tried to contact the company. I sent an email to customer service then after seeing no movement and receiving no response I had sent them another email a few days laters. A couple days after that they still hadn’t moved and still no response I decided to email usps and the problem was quickly resolved. Once we finally received the product practically all of the cigars were dried out and not good. Also, exactly three weeks after my first email to the company I finally received a response back telling my package was delivered then a few days later received another email stating the same thing. We will not be purchasing anymore from them.
