Made in the beautiful country of the Dominican Republic, the legendary tobacconists at J.C. Newman & Co. has brought us the Factory Throwouts No. 99 Sun Grown Churchill (7 1/4" x 52) cigars. These excellent smokes are comprised of a combination of aged Dominican mixed fillers, and have a terrific smooth-medium body and are finally surrounded in a cocoon of an Ecuadoran Sun Grown wrapper, to give it that final mellow finish.

These are rolled very tight. The draw is hard. If you roll them on the table to break up the tight pack, they are not a. bad daily smoke.

Tasty stick for the price. Extremely hard pull, but once I cut off an 1 1/2” it pulls fine. Would definitely purchase again.

These Factory Throwouts Should not be called throwouts. They are a fine Cigar!! I have Smoked 60 of them, and can only complain about one being rolled too tight. But I've had that happen with a Rocky Patel also. So try them. At 2 dollars a stick if you don't like them give them away or mail them to me.

They are horrible to cut, often break in the middle, burn uneven IF you can keep lit. I tried a “bargain” and got the wet basement!

These churchills for some reason start out very flavorless until you get about 1-2 inches in. After that first couple inches they are nuce. The cap on about 5 were jacked up and let air through. For the price, not too bad. I will def. Buy them again if I have a group over. I may take the advise of others and get the toro next time.
