A poorly made cigar. Four out of four not rolled correctly. Too soft and draw was inconsistent. One side burned faster than other by an inch on all no matter how many things tried including cutting and relighting. The taste was reasonable to good. Will not buy again. Have had many other brands of seconds ,even fumes that had better construction.

This is an economically well priced smoke. Nicely rolled but the wrapper dried out quickly and unraveled slightly at the clipped end even though they were stored in a proper humidor and smoked within days of receipt. I suspect an old product that was shipped without damp-paks. Will not buy this product again from Thompson.

Great cigars at a value price! I have had these cigars in other varieties and have settled on the shade as my favorite. I have found them to burn evenly and to be an enjoyable smoke. I go back and forth between a traditional straight cut, V-cut and punch. These cigars have never failed to produce a steady and even draw regardless of the cut I use. Highly recommended!

Description said 'long filler' but the filler is chopped up and tends to fall out easily. Wrapper is even and smooth, but not very adherent (tends to unravel). Binder is thin. Cigar burns hot of course because of the loose and chopped filler. Taste is mild- nothing interesting- but fine except for burning hot. The description of 'long filler' was completely wrong. If you can't make a decision on information TC provides, why bother reading it? Either be accurate or put nothing.

Flavor is ok, smoke there is plenty, and the draw is great. Cigars aren’t too soft, but the 2nd 3rd I seem to get a rancid taste. It’s almost like a sour bitter taste. For the price it’s hard to complain. Some burn uneven, some require touch ups. As far as smoke goes they make plenty of that. The draw is nice. Cigars aren’t too soft. None of mine have unraveled, but in terms of flavor the 2/3 starts to get bitter in an off way, the final 3rd seems to smooth out, but still leaves an off aftertaste. It’s hard to explain it’s not a tobacco aftertaste, but more of a bitter sour taste.

Smooth and pleasant flavor From the two factory smokes I’ve tried that can’t be beat at this price. Very mild. Mixed filler, get some loose bits out of the cap, but issue is mostly eliminated by pressing the cap with my thumb once in a while as I am smoking. I smoked two bundles of these and one of the sun grown, I ordered two more of the sun grown for a little more flavor, but still enjoy these as well. Will try the maduro next. Fast burn, sometimes a little uneven, usually a good draw, good value overall. Not a premium, but cheap and I enjoy them, scratches the cigar itch.

These were so dry that when I uses a guillotine cutter the entire cap came off. Holding it while cutting made the wrapper crack. Using a punch, the entire top of the cigar collapsed and the cigar cracked to the foot. DO NOT BUY!

These factory cigars are filled with combo fillers and don't have much of a Connecticut taste!! They look good and have good construction! That's it!!

This bundle is not worth the money. They are not long fillers and burns terribly. The taste is not good. These bundles will certainly give Drew Estate a bad name. I'm a big fan of Drew Estate but this is below them.
