I ordered two boxes of Djarum Black Emerald filterted Cigarillo menthol, pack of 120. Both boxes are old products. I did contract customer care and was told that they can replace my order. however they could not guarantee me that the replacement order would be a fresh box or old product that has been sitting on a shelf for who knows how long. In my opinion this is unacceptable. Save you money and buy somewhere else.....

Excellent experience with Thompson Cigar and their website. Shipping was fast. The convenience of ordering through a subscription is a wonderful extra. Effortless! The smoke is full-bodied and mellow yet the menthol adds a crispness, a clarity to its overall flavor. After trying, sampling, and experimenting over the years, this is the only thing I smoke.
