These cigars were packed so tight you could not draw it. I called Thompson and they replaced them and sent me out a pre paid return label to sent the problem produce. I have been dealing with Thompson for over three decades and this my first problem with them Great customer service. No I am not a robot just a customer. Keith

I have usually been very satisfied with this brand but this batch was terrible. The draw and burn was poor it almost seemed that these were wet and tried to dry it out. I have not been able to finish one without throwing it away.

I placed the order on June 11th. I understand some delay due to Covid but it's July 9th and I still haven't gotten the order. The tracking says it was shipped June 30th but it's still "on it's way to the facility." In the meantime I ordered some from another online vendor and got my cigars within a week.

Not a bad stick for a short filler cigar. It isn't even close to a true Cuban but it isn't a $20 cigar either. I will purchase again. Especially from Thompson because it was delivered very well hydrated. I usually buy from a competitor but I usually have to put them in the humidor for a week of so prior to firing it. These were delightful.
