called talked to a poor english speaking agent after 15 min on hold sahe said pacage had beeen destroyed while was in transit after much disscousin about your poor servicce and your poor english speakingf peopel she said shee would credit my credit card...just checked and have not 3received credit very poor service you are cheating me out of over $60
