in the years that i have order from you guys i have never encountered so many bad cigars. I had my friend over for a get together and when I have them the cigars i was embarrassed when I saw each cigars falling apart. They started to open up. And the humi-care crystal was a joke the bottle only had like a few crystal. I have never had a complain with you guys and if you see my history always given good stars and comments but this order was really unsatisfied especially when I had guest over. I have told them your quality and when they saw your products they said i won't be buying from there. I reached to you guys a week after getting my order and explain what happened. All i heard was the transportation from one place to another. I had to let it rest for a week. I know about cigars because I'm always buying from you JR cigars and other company's.

What can I say? CAO is my favorite cigar of choice and this sampler is out standing. Nice assortment of the CAO brands and the usual outstanding quality is there in these sticks. All have been superior in draw and taste, no problems with any cracks or other blemishes on the covers and they smoke fantastic all the way to the end. I love them!!!!

Cigars have been as presented. Better cigars are worth their value. It would be nice to receive gradis cigars once in while, especially for valued customers. Have been on board for almost ten years.

To be honest I’m on the fence.I really think that overall I enjoyed them but, I am not a fan of ring gauges 50 and under especially if they are over 6”. The Mx and Vr very good…. Italia was my favorite 🤩. Definitely got my money’s worth. You guy’s ROCK.

All these CAO are great. The Columbia is 10+. Italia even more. They make it a deal. The Cao Black is the Finisher. My favorite.

really a great buy... these are top shelf cigars from CAO and I keep all my humidors filled with CAO. This sampler is great and they got here quickly in great shape and I have sampled every one of them and they are going to be a sampler that I will buy again.
