There are many smokers who would never hear of Caldwell because they buy what's popular. This Caldwell is a finely crafted smoke but I'd definitely rate it as a smooth-medium. The cedar and spice is greatly reduced compared to the purple label version. Aroma off the head is excellent and as I'm smoking through what's left at my bean bag league with men and women playing I always get great compliments on how much they love the smell of this cigar. Love changing the perception of the cigar smoker in the general public. If you like mild cigars or working on fine tuning your pallet these are a terrific smoke to experience.
