We called After a few days of receiving order that first box was unsmokable and was told to send back unuse box and the other bad one in a zip lock bag to return. We put them in a box and after calling 3-4 times and tell us an email is coming or a mailed return label is coming to get a refund we still have not gotten the label emailed or received our refund like promised as well the last time I called. it has been more than 5 days and no refund has been made in to our bank account. Very disappointing. Wish someone was telling us the true and that what I purchased was smokeable for $95 some dollars and no refund or product. If you are not going to email the return label or refund me just be honest so I can toss the box I have to return. Thank you. Mark

Great taste- absolutely terrible quality control. Maybe 2 2 out of 5 decent smokes. Most so tightly rolled they need to be reamed or so loose they almost fall apart. C’mon Backwoods- get your act together!!
