I reached out to your customer service to tell them it wasn’t me who made the order after waking up and seeing an email stating I l”made a purchase” I changed the shipping address and acct password. The rep said they’d “try” to stop the delivery but now with this email asking about “how was my purchase” it’s obvious the scammer got free cigars

Someone hacked into my account, changed my payment info, address and name and ordered these cigars. This was on a Saturday. There is no customer service available on weekends so by the time I was able to contact Thompson these cigars had already been shipped to a front business in Houston after being purchased with a likely stolen credit card number. When I was finally able to contact Thompson, they didn’t seem all too concerned with any of it. Cigars: probably great, I honestly wouldn’t know. You’d have to ask the scammer in Houston who received them. Company: 0/10. Would not recommend.

I can not rate these cigars because I have not received them yet...even though my card shows the charge on June 18th ($215.79) ...3 weeks later. Also, I was told I would receive a refund for being charged $8.09 x 3 ($24.27) for cancelled orders I did not cancel or receive. I have not received this refund.
