The box I received had a wrinkle in the "Irish Cream" paper seal over the lid, as if it had been removed and reapplied. The cigarillos were not at all bad, but were neither sweet nor flavored. Customer service gave a coupon for the purchase price, but I ate the shipping. Some cigars have been disappointing, but this one seems clearly to be a wrong or misrepresented product.
