I bought 5 pack. I smoked one ok. Then I smoked another one and unwrapped as soon as I toasted it. It was not smokable. I wish I coud post a picture. Here is the good news. I called Thompson Cigars customer service, they sent me new one. Great service.

For the first time since ordering from Thompson, I did not received my order. I have checked with the post office but they indicated their records show it was delivered, however, it may not have been delivered into my mail box or to a larger secured mail box in the complex. If the mail person did not secure it perhaps it was taken.
