I like the cigars in most cases. The Alec Bradley cigars I purchased were good. On a differant note I am very saddened to see that there are several cigar companies under the same umbrella.ThompsonVigars, Cigar.com and international.com. I found this out by a charge but on my CC that I didnt make. I had to raise this question and was told it was a technology glitch. Also I returned cigars that were way less than average and it took almost 3 weeks or more to get it refunded to my CC. Was very disappointed in what appeared to something that was less than honest. The Customer Rep wasnt able to give me a good reason on why this happened. Said she would give me a 10 dollar credit. I believe I have to have some kind of a referance number to claim my 10.00 towards a purchase. I truly believe that your company should send me a box of 25 Hoya Del Monterry's Excalibers Churchills or Romeo&Julieta 1875's Churhill Mild to medium flavor for all the inconvience. I have been getting less than quality in a few orders now with no true offers to make me feel like a valued customer. Maybe the pic below as a attempt to have a customer satisfied. Sincerely Rick Richesin.

Almost every single cigar breaks inside my mouth, releasing tabaco. The cigar most of the times has a good air flow, but doesnt burn well, keeps going off a lot. It has every potential to be a great smoke, it has a good aroma and size, but it falls short, probably because it is a filler instead of a whole tabaco leaf.

The cigars are drawing very badly, they will not stay lit. I thought it me at first but gave a couple of them to friends to try. They said the same thing happened to them. I am very disappointed in this cigar,I have had the Alec Bradley brand before and enjoyed them, but these cigars are not very good. Alec Bradley May have lost a few customers.I ordered three boxes of these cigars one for me,one for my son-in-law and one for my brother and they both said the same thing

I bought these because my normal cigar, Victor Sinclair, has been backordered for some time. My complaint with the Alec Bradley is that often the cigars do not burn uniformly.

Cigars were poor overall. Burns quick, dry. The cigars I purchased previously for about $1.00 per stick were better. Will not purchase again.

These were the worst cigars I ever purchased. The filler was stringy and burned much faster than the wrapper, which never burned correctly or evenly. The wrapper always came loose and just did not burn well. Even though they were stored properly in my humidor. I will never buy this brand again.

With Alec Bradley being rated as a top cigar I can't believe they made one so bad. It is the worst burning cigar I have ever smoked. Flavor is good but that is all it has going for it. Will never buy again.

Thought I'd try these while they were on sale plus they offered free, but that may be the only good thing about it. I figured with the Alec Bradley name it might be a pretty decent smoke, but I wasn't that impressed. Visually, it as a nice wrapper on it. The cap looks a little sloppy though. All the cigars had a very soft feel to them. I'd say even marshmallowy soft. These cigars have a very loose draw. Almost no resistance. IMO, the taste is pretty much one-dimensional.....a cedary/hay type taste the whole way through. Overall, a very mild smoke. Most, if not all, have burned unevenly. Keep your lighter handy because you'll be doing a lot of touching up. Can't say that I would recommend these, but if you don't have a whole lot of money to spend, you like a mild smoke, AND if you can catch them on sale, then these might be right for you.

I would have to agree with all of the 3 stars and below. I tried to give it three, but just couldn't get there. And from reading all the reviews, clearly this cigar is very inconsistent. I gave this cigar a second chance hoping I would find the 4 or 5 star box, but not happening. This was a big disappointment with the Alec Bradley name. Suggested as a replacement due to robusto not being available, I looked forward to trying out a bit longer smoke - the only thing that took longer is trying to keep the cigar together, keep the cigar lit, keep the cigar from burning a hole in the middle of the stick. Some of these were so loose they fell apart when trying to cut or punch. Others were so hard to draw I had to cut off at least 1/3 so I could salvage some smoke. Very disappointed in this what I thought was a respected brand cigar. I'll stick with Gurkha's or my Vic Sinclairs for my daily smoke.

I typically smoke this cigar while driving, or relaxing after a days work on my front porch. It is smooth and burns well. It is not rolled too tight and draws easily. The flavor is pleasant.

The cigars were suggested because the ones that I ordered, Toro size, where out of stock and not due back in until December. I don't know if it's a construction issue, or if it's the stock is been sitting around too long, but every time I go to cut the cap, the wrapper shreds. Once that goes the rest of the cigar just unravels. It's a good smoke for about 10 minutes until it falls apart.

Alec Bradley should be ashamed to put their name on this cigar. Very loosely rolled, burns uneven and has a terrible ash.

I have purchased many cigars from Thompson with great success. I have purchased Alex Bradley cigars and enjoyed the smoke. These, however, were incredibly bad. Seemed to have about 1/2 of the amount of tobacco it should. Cigar fell apart when smoked due to its lack of compaction. I threw the majority away after several attempt to enjoy.

Hadn't tried these before, bought them for my wife who wanted the slightly smaller gauge and Connecticut wrapper. She likes 'em and I like 'em. Alec Bradley is a name I trust and these meet that standard.

The initial flavor of this cigar is good, but the last third of the cigar wants to fall apart. It is not pleasant to have tobacco come loose in the mouth or fall out into your hand. I won't buy these again.

These are loaded with cuttings. The cigars come apart in your mouth. I use a punch cutter and they still shed in your mouth. The draw good but they are so loose that they self destruct while you are smoking them. I would not recommend these. The flavor is ok but not pleased with this cigar.

Good draw. The cigar is a little loose but the draw is good because of this. They can burn uneven which can yield a bitterness. Cap chews down but cigar still had a good draw. Lots of smoke. Nice looking and feeling cigar.

Some issues, they bite down very early. This does not affect the draw. These have a nice easy draw which yields a lot of smoke. But rushing this cigar can make it bitter. The burn is not always even which yields to the bitter notes. Smooth delightful feel and look. Really nice pre-light flavors. These are a looser rolled cigar so if you like a firm draw you may not appreciate that with this cigar. But if you like an easier draw with lots of smoke this fits the bill. The cigar stayed pretty even in taste start to end. I would consider buying a box again.
