The cigars were great , I was disappointed with Thompson Cigar because I sent this as a gift and the gentleman who received it could not tell that I was the the sender , so the gift notification and card process for Thompson needs major improvements .

Nine out of ten times, your cigars are spot on. Once in a while, a dry one is in the bunch. Still, less expensive than local cigar shop. Keep the ‘ Deals’ going in the catalog. That’s when I’m gonna buy. 👍

As always I am quite pleased with the products purchased from Thompson. My only issue is with the email ordering process. Often times it will not accept my credit card payment and I have to phone the 800 number to correctly place my order. I don't believe that the problem is on my end as I don't have this issue with other on-line orders.
