Outbound Telephones Sales:

Identify customer needs creating customer satisfaction; increase customer loyalty and longevity through club enrollments, add-on sales, and cross selling products resulting in greater revenues and profitability for Thompson & Company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Contact customers from outbound calling lists.
- Identify customer needs.
- Offer product to meet customer needs.
- Explain benefits of club enrollment and products to customers.
- Adhere to project specific scripts, make sales offers.
- Learn to respond to objectives.
- Focus on every sales opportunity.


- Knowledge and understanding of outbound telesales.
- Ability to type 25 plus words per minute.
- Previous sales experience in a call center environment.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors and managers.
- Ability to interact with team members and co-working in a call center setting.

Customer Service Sales Representative:

Receives, researches, and responds to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints. Inputs phone/fax/mail orders and relative data into the computer by performing the duties listed below:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Talks with customer concerning orders, inquiries, returns, shipments, and product.
- Calls the customer when necessary to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders.
- Makes changes to or cancellation of orders/backorders.
- Solicits sale of new or additional services.
- Adherence to company/department policies and procedures.
- Fills out necessary paperwork as required.


- Ability to type 25 plus words per minute.
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Minimum of 1 year Call Center exp. (Either Inbound, Customer Service Outbound, etc.)
- Must have problem solving ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Organizational skills
- Follow up skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Selling ability
