Membership Privileges

As an active Cigar Club member, you will save an extra 10% on every cigar* you purchase with Thompson Cigar. After you receive 250 points, we will automatically send you a certificate for 10% of the total value of the cigars purchased while an active member. (*Excludes bonus, free, mass market, clearance and auction items). New members are eligible for a free gift which will arrive in their first scheduled shipment.

Terms and Conditions

The first shipment of your Cigar Club order will be processed on the selected interval after your current order is processed when you select a subscription for a Cigar Club eligible product. Valid gift cards, credit cards and Paypal are the payment methods accepted for your initial Cigar Club shipment purchase. Gift Cards are an acceptable method of payment for the Cigar Club Shipment items on your initial order; however, you may not use Gift Cards for Cigar Club future deliveries. Other payment methods such as credit card, PayPal or PayPal Credit are acceptable payment methods for subsequent Cigar Club Shipments.

You can change your shipping day at any time. We kindly ask you notify us 7 days prior to your next scheduled shipment. Changing your shipping day will impact future Cigar Club orders.

Subscriptions are available in weekly intervals from two weeks to nine weeks. You select the frequency with which you want to receive your shipment and we'll automatically ship according to your selection. You may change the Subscription frequency, item quantity, shipping day, shipping address, payment method, and billing address associated with your Cigar Club at any time by calling 1-800-757-2582 or club customers with an online account may manage their club account online. Updates will be applied to all future orders associated with the Subscription.

If the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you are charged may also increase or decrease. You will always pay the most current price. We'll notify you of price increases prior to shipping your items and prior to charging your account. Any current promotions you use will be applied to your initial order and not future Cigar Club shipment.

Once an order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to your current email address on file.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by calling 1-800-757-2582. You will only be charged for orders that have shipped.

Delivery and Shipping

If any Cigar Club item is unavailable on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order each day thereafter. Future orders will not be affected, provided the item becomes available, and will be delivered according to your selected schedule.

If any Cigar Club item is discontinued or no longer available for any reason, we will notify you and try to find another cigar selection that will satisfy your taste.

Fees & Renewal

There are no fees to join the Cigar Club! The total cost charged to your account for each Cigar Club order will be the cost of the item on the day the order is processed, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping. The Cigar Club order will follow the standard Thompson Cigar shipping and handling charges.

If your payment method becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period or if the charge is otherwise rejected, we will notify you that the subscription is suspended until your payment information is updated. You may update your payment information by calling 1-800-757-2582 or club customers with an online account my make payment information updates under my account section of the site.

Your subscription will remain suspended, no orders or shipments will be processed, until the information is updated and you reactivate your subscription. Your Subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Termination by Us

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your Subscription at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
