Not the best Hookah out there, but certainly the best at this ridiculous low price. Much better quality than the local "smoke shops" carry. To find anything better you will double your price. I got this through an Email from Thompson, and got a decent discount even. Shipping was quick, about 5 days.
I got a red one, as it says, "our choice, assorted colors". Wish I could have picked, red is pretty gaudy!
The bowl is fairly sizable, and really only good for parties of 3-4 smokers. I bought a smaller bowl locally for personal use. This hookah came with tongs(not pictured) and all the needed grommets and seals. The hose works fine, but count on getting one later down the road,if you use it frequently.
All-in-all a great deal if you are just wanting to try it out or want to buy a gift for the beginner.
I also recommend the JM shisha over the Jewels brand, both sold here on site.

Great Value!
Small flaw on bowl, but still a great value at this pricepoint.
Shipped as red but pictured as blue and can only select blue, does say as you click into description assorted colors, our choice, but can be misleading from early on in viewing/ordering process.

I use this product daily
Great size
Fucntions properly.
I hoped for the whole product to be made of aluminum polish as shown in the picture above, but i got one with a wood neck and it does not look as good, and i did not have the option to choose the color i wanted. Also when you want to clean your product you can't take all of the pieces apart.

Great hookah, bigger than I thought it would be but works just fine. Came in the mail fast. Long hose. If you plan on taking it places, I would recommend the smaller one, but otherwise this is a great buy
