I had been concerned about the width of the body on this pipe tool. My concerns were unjustified. As long as your bowl is not unusually deep, this tool works perfectly, with just enough heft to make tamping easy. The poker and scraper tools are good. The wood is a very nice touch.

Out of many pipe tools I've tried, this one works so great as a cigar tool that I believe it's well worth mentioning. For the price, it seems pretty well built and solid as well as handsome. It's thin enough to carry in a pocket and hardly even notice. The part I really like though, is that you can use the round blade for cleaning ashes from extinguished cigars before relighting, getting deep into the center without tearing the as of yet unburned wrapper. If you have a slightly plugged cigar, simply use the extra thin and long pick/poker to get a better draw. And yah, it's a great pipe tool to boot! Great gift for pals!

The pipe tool and cigar punch is attractive at the price, but I would not recommend it for frontline use. I bought it to be a backup and for that purpose it suits just fine. Fairly priced but not strong enough to stand up to everyday use.

The extra long stem tool reaches the hard to access parts of the pipe stem.

I used to always make wooden equivalents of this, and loose them over time. Perhaps this tool will last longer.

It was constructed surprisingly well for such an inexpensive product, but the metal is not of the highest quality (I think). Still I am happy I bought it.

Scraper and picker work perfectly, tamp works as long as you don't have a pipe with a REALLY small bowl. Skinny, durable, attractive, and super cheap. Buy a couple.

I don't smoke my pipe everyday, but considering the price of this tool, it's just about my best purchase to date. It's functional, good looking, and compact enough to carry anywhere.
