The cigar taste is mild, however very slight hint of the Java infused. Goes out very quickly and difficult to relight. I received a new box of 20 sticks 4 or 5 days ago and put them in my humidor immediately. I've been smoking one each day to see if there is any change in the consistency. So far all 5 I've smoked (and usually not finished) seem to be moist, hard draw and difficult to keep lit...with the taste being so so, but not objectionable. I'm still a rooky at smoking cigars, but I'm starting to move my taste and budget up to the better smokes. Luckily these Nitro Java Infused did not cost that much. Looking back I should have purchased a sampler or few sticks instead of a box of 20.

Nitro is EXCELLENT! These are definitely BOX quality. I got two Nitro samplers last year and have been looking to get more. As I put in the Cons - the only bad thing is that they only last about an hour - would like it to last all day!!! They have a full rich flavor that is not overpowering. It sits well on the palette without getting old. I am going to try to keep a few to see how the age, but it is hard because they are so good now! Enjoy!!

As stated, NOT an Acid, but a good infused smoke. For those who enjoy Acid and the other Drew Estate infused gars they're a decent substitue at times, especially for the price. Eat, Smoke, and be Merry!

My friend and I recently bought 2 boxes of the Toros. I was willing to try anything that said "If you like Acid...." So far, I've had 3 Nitros. The first burned very uneven. Not a good first impression. Nothing exceptional about the taste. The second was much better: Good burn, easy draw. The interesting thing was the taste of the second was better than the first. The third was similar to the first but burned much better. I would have given these a higher rating if it weren't for their reference to Acids. I love Acids. I'm sorry but they don't come close. Not a bad cigar but not exceptional.

This cigar will not get moist. even after being in a humidor for 2 months, wraped and unraped. it's still hard. I have cigars that cost under $2dollars that are far better. Very disapointed. Wast of money.

I won 5 of these with my bid on Thompson Auctions. As soon as the box with everything else arrived, I immediately tore into the outer wrapper. I was immediately hit with an aroma of spices and what my novice senses can only call a strong fruit smell. I checked the construction, removing the oversized band, and was impressed with how well these are put together. Firm "body" with just a hint of softness, wrapper sealed all the way from foot to head, good sized cap on the head to give some flexibility for cutting. I had a little trouble lighting it because I'm not used to my new lighter. I didn't want to scorch the stick like I have others, being the klutz I am. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. This was my first foray into a medium-bodied cigar and wow, was it mellow! The wrapper has a spicy sweet flavor that makes you want to take a bite out of the cigar. The burn was even and the Nitro's flavor remained consistent all the way to the 2" nub where, with regret, I had to let it go. Fortunately, I have 4 more to last me for a while as I won't be smoking these beauties every day. If your budget allows that, I envy you. Otherwise, get these for special occasions or as gifts for someone you really, really like! (And get them to share with you!)
