There are many cigar manufacturers out there who just don’t believe Ernesto Perez Carrillo produces seconds. They know his reputation in the industry as a hard-nosed taskmaster whose cigars take a back seat to no one. Indeed, Carrillo’s La Gloria Cubana is one of the most sought after brands of cigars in the western hemisphere. And it didn’t reach that position without the highest of production standards. A second for them would be a first for many other manufacturers. And when it comes to the craftsmanship that produces these cigars, it speaks for itself. At a fraction of the price of a La Gloria Cubana you can enjoy an El Credito and laugh all the way to the bank. Though we’re happy to take all we can get, there just isn’t very much to be had. After all, Ernesto is not in the business to produce seconds. If you want any of these, you had best get them early. They won’t be around long.
